Payment Process

We currently accept cash payment (i.e., Zelle, Venmo) as well as Empowerment Scholarships (ESAs) via Class Wallet. We will have a credit card payment system available on this website shortly. 

Regarding insurance, Innovative Speech therapy may be  considered an out-of-network-provider. We can print off a Superbill for you to turn in to your insurance company for reimbursement, but we do not bill insurance companies for you directly.  If you are looking for insurance coverage, be sure to check with your provider for helpful information, as we will likely be unaware of the specifics of your particular insurance plan.

We CAN take payments using your health savings account.  We have found that this is a very wise and effective way to use health insurance benefits. You should check with your HSA carrier to ensure that the services are covered.

If you already have a current evaluation and/or baseline data we may be able to start with therapy immediately. 

Direct Therapy Pricing

Virtual setting: $65/half hour $130/hour

In-Person setting:  (your home or arranged community location): $85/half hour, $170/hour
